European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory Right of Withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

For many eligible purchases, Boutique W's Return Policy provides a return process that is consistent with the practical requirements of the EU Right of Withdrawal. However, your statutory rights under applicable law are separate from, and are not limited by, our Return Policy. Where applicable law provides additional rights or protections, those rights will apply.

Upon receipt of your request, Boutique W will promptly acknowledge your submission and provide any necessary instructions for returning eligible merchandise.

Please note that the statutory Right of Withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exemption is permitted under applicable law, including, but not limited to:

• Goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Other products exempt from the statutory withdrawal right under applicable law.

Where a valid Right of Withdrawal is exercised, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law after the returned merchandise is received, or after acceptable proof of return has been provided, as applicable.
